We take your privacy seriously and are committed to safeguarding your personal information at Wizi Properties (including its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners and authorised agents, collectively the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “Wizi”). We value you as our customer, respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through compliance with this policy.
This policy describes the sources of personal information we may collect from you or that you may provide to us, our purposes for collecting and processing that information, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, retaining, protecting and disclosing it.
2. Consent to Data Processing
By visiting or using Wizi websites and any Wizi mobile applications, visitors and customers confirm that they have reviewed this Policy (“Consent”), understand its contents, and accept all terms outlined herein, including how their information is collected and handled by Wizi. Use of the Website constitutes genuine intent to provide this Consent. If you do not agree with Wizi’s policies and practices, you must not use Wizi websites or mobile applications.

Sources of your personal data (collectively “Platforms”) may include, without limitation:
- Wizi websites — websites we operate under our domains and URLs, and our social media presence (for example Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and similar).
- Emails, messaging and other electronic communications — text-based interaction between you and Wizi.
- Wizi mobile applications — smartphone applications operated by Wizi or a partner, if applicable.
- Customer service — communications with our team (phone, chatbot, email, WhatsApp and similar).
- Online / offline forms — registration forms, surveys, questionnaires, contests, events, roadshows and promotional stands.
- Advertising — interactions with our or our partners’ advertisements on websites and apps.

- Special categories of data — where permitted and necessary, data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for unique identification, and data concerning health.
- Web data — cookies, user activity logs and website interaction data.
- Financial / employment data — debit/credit card and bank details, taxation-related information, income/salary, occupation/employment.
- Other personal information — date and place of birth, gender, marital status, address proof (utility bill, bank statement, etc.).
- Compliance information — information required for Customer Due Diligence under Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism rules.
- Communications records — records and copies of your communications with Wizi. Please note that Wizi may record telephone calls, chatbot conversations, emails and WhatsApp messages for training and quality purposes.
Unless restricted by applicable law, you agree that personal information relating to you collected by Wizi from its websites and applications may be used and disclosed for purposes and to persons consistent with applicable laws and Wizi policies.
5. How We Use Information
In general, we use the information we collect to provide, maintain, protect and improve our products and services and to develop new ones. This may include:
- identifying you as a user of our services;
- responding to your queries or expressions of interest and helping you find suitable property;

- personalising and providing information about Wizi’s services and offers;

Your personal data is stored by Wizi on its servers and on servers of database management services engaged by Wizi, located in the United Arab Emirates.
Personal information may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the UAE, and may be processed by staff operating outside the UAE who work for Wizi or a third-party vendor. When transferring personal data out of the UAE, Wizi will take steps reasonably necessary to ensure that it is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Wizi retains data for the duration of the customer’s business relationship and otherwise as required under applicable law. Personal data will be kept no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
If you are located in the European Economic Area and withdraw consent for processing, personal data received and stored will be erased if no longer needed by us, unless we are required to retain it by law or regulatory obligation, in which case we will keep it only as long as necessary.
7. Right to Withdraw Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
