About the Developer — VR Holding, VR Holding is one of Georgia’s first premium real estate developers, founded in 2010 by businessman Noshiko Namoradze. For 15 years the company has been implementing large-scale residential, resort and mixed-use projects across Georgia — from Tbilisi’s diplomatic Krtsanisi district to the Black Sea coast in Shekvetili.
